Nach diversen Grenzüberquerungen im Dreiländereck Holland, Belgien und Deutschland, die ja inzwischen nahezu unbemerkt von statten gehen, kommen Didi und ich am frühen Nachmittag in Zweibrücken an. Wir beide hatten als einzige in Kerkrade übernachtet, die Band ist noch nach Köln kutschiert worden und reist dementsprechend heute (pünktlich!!) von dort aus an. Ordentlicher Soundcheck, idiotensichere Setlisten persönlich verteilt. Spielen ein makelloses Konzert, sogar „Leechterkette“ wird dann doch noch als allerletzte Zugabe erklatscht, womit wir nun in der Tat nicht mehr gerechnet hatten. Aber der Programmablauf ist jetzt perfekt. Sollte er für das Bonner Konzert immer noch zu lang sein, müsste „Ahl Männer“ weichen, der einzige Song dessen inhaltliche Aussage zweimal im Laufe des Abend auftaucht, weshalb er in der Vergangenheit auch selten im Zusammenhang mit „Widderlich“ auf einer Setliste auftauchte. Allerdings würde er mir musikalisch sehr fehlen, denn Mike’s Arrangement ist wirklich außerordentlich. Nach der Show noch nach Saarbrücken, weil wir dann zwei Nächte im selben Hotel übernachten können.
